The Housing List is made up of properties who have chosen to be on the list thereby choosing to allow the students to evaluate their property each term. This will help to provide an accurate rating of the properties so those looking for housing while attending NLC have the best chance to make an educated decision.
Each term the students will be given an anonymous housing evaluation that rates the properties on a 1-5 scale.
The areas being rated are: Cleanliness, Condition of Property, Landlord's response to any issues/problems, Location, Amenities, Value for the price, and How likely you are to recommend this property to a friend/family member
Once the evaluations are completed the providers will assemble to tally the scores, once the scores are tallied the Housing list will be updated where the highest rated properties will be at the top of the list.
Besides the updated ratings each term, this list will also be updated as providers need to change any information pertaining to their listing.
